Every chapter of our journey has been defined by a single question: How do we build an Africa that feeds herself and the world? In 2024, our answer was scale; we grew faster, reached further, and broke records across the continent. In 2025, we asked a harder question: how do we make that growth last? Against a backdrop of climate volatility, currency pressure, and shifting global markets, we made a deliberate choice to shift the focus from just growth at scale to sustainable growth, building food systems resilient enough to withstand shocks and durable enough to compound prosperity season after season. This is the story of that year.

By the numbers, 2025 was our biggest yet. We empowered a network of more than 1.2 million smallholder farmers across five countries - Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, Uganda, and Tanzania - with women and youth making up 30% and 35% of that network, respectively. Together, they produced 1.9 million metric tonnes of yield, supported by more than 460 aggregation hubs, a dedicated team of over 2000 vibrant talents. But the headline this year isn't just the size of what we built; it's how reliably it now works.

Engineering Resilience, Not Just Reach

2025 marked the maturation of our AgTech stack into a true engine for stability. Our Agricultural Operating System (AOS) evolved from a digitization tool into a predictive powerhouse, using historical data to build climate-resilient farming calendars. Alongside it, Tradr connected farm gates directly to premium off-takers with greater price transparency, while our Inventory Management System (IMS) acted as the "source of truth" for our pan-African warehouse network, bringing institutional-grade traceability to our operations.

On the financial side, we deepened the shift from "borrower" to "bankable participant." AgriWallet turned harvest productivity and AOS data into real credit identities, opening doors to formal banking, insurance, and digital savings, a financial safety net built for a volatile world. We also pioneered the move from high-interest, short-term financing toward sophisticated institutional debt and "patient capital," ensuring that low-cost, high-impact funding reaches farmers directly.

A Footprint Built for Stability

Our operations across Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, Uganda, and Tanzania are now anchored by six strategic export corridors. We expanded our value-addition infrastructure with three fruit cleaning and packing facilities, a rice processing facility, and a sesame processing and packaging plant, each designed to stabilize local supply chains and lift the market value of every metric tonne our farmers produce.

Sustainability remained central to that stability. We brought over 300,000 hectares under regenerative cultivation, including 77,000+ trees planted to support agroforestry and carbon capture. Furthermore, our Dorewa platform evolved into a proprietary B2B SaaS infrastructure that enables agribusinesses and climate-focused organizations to generate, manage, and monetize carbon credits, positioning ThriveAgric at the forefront of Africa's emerging carbon economy.

Partnerships That Multiply Impact

No system becomes resilient in isolation. This year, our collaborations with IDH, IFC, Visa, Tourba, and EnDev helped ensure Africa's food systems are not just productive but regenerative and climate-proof. These alliances strengthened cross-border trade, deepened export readiness, and connected the African field to the global table with a level of transparency our farmers and partners can count on season after season.

Behind every statistic in this report is a farmer whose life has changed. From Aminu Yahaya in Kaduna, who saw significant progress in his planting conditions, to Rosaline Clama in Migori County, Kenya, who leveraged her savings to acquire two tractors, these stories are proof that when systems are built for durability, prosperity is sustained.
