Call for Expression of Interest (EOI) for the Supply of Rice Reaper Machines and Solar Dryers
Project Title: Future Farming Nigeria FUFAN Project
Project Location: Niger state Nigeria
Date of Issuance: 30th September 2024
Deadline for Submission: 10th October 2024
Thrive Agric Limited is seeking qualified and reputable suppliers to express interest in providing five (5) units of rice reaper machines and five (5) units of solar dryers for our agricultural enhancement project in Niger state, Nigeria.
The aim of the project is to improve the productivity and efficiency of smallholder farmers, promote sustainable and regenerative farming practices, and reduce post-harvest losses.
Equipment Requirements:
1. Rice Reaper Machines:
- High efficiency in harvesting rice.
- Low fuel consumption and easy operation.
- Suitable for use in smallholder farms.
- Durable and able to withstand Nigerian field conditions.
2. Solar Dryers:
- Solar-powered with high drying capacity.
- Suitable for drying grains, fruits, and other produce.
- Environmentally friendly and energy-efficient.
- Easy to maintain and operate.
Requirements for Suppliers:
1. Proven experience in the supply of agricultural machinery and equipment.
2. Capacity to deliver the specified machines within a reasonable timeframe.
3. Warranty and after-sales service for both rice reapers and solar dryers.
4. Compliance with Nigerian and international quality standards.
5. Client references and evidence of successful previous supplies of similar equipment.
Submission Requirements: Interested suppliers are requested to submit the following documents:
- Company profile and contact details.
- Detailed proposal including specifications of the rice reapers and solar dryers, delivery time, and pricing structure.
- Warranty details and after-sales support plan.
- Proof of previous similar equipment supply and client references.

Thrive Agric Limited will assess the submissions based on the supplier's experience, capacity, product quality, pricing, and alignment with our project’s goals. Shortlisted suppliers will be contacted to provide detailed proposals.
